Codnor Castle is a nationally important historical site that was in danger of being lost forever.

With support of other organisations, The Codnor Castle Heritage Trust has been instrumental in rescuing the castle and preserving it for the benefit of local people and future generations.

We need your support to ensure the conservation and management of the archaeologial and environmental treasures of the site.

Our aim is to provide a high quality educational and recreational resource that is self-sustaining and makes a positive contribution of the local economy.

We believe that we can make a major contribution to the enviromental and social future of the area by developing Codnor Castle as a local and regional focal point that will attract visitors and investment from across the country.
